About this project
The family's twenty-year-old gas hot water system gave out on a Sunday night. We installed a heat pump unit the next afternoon, set its timer to run on their solar, and lodged the rebate so the saving came off the invoice. We arrived in the window we promised, protected the floors, and left the site cleaner than we found it.
